responding to our citizen fax campaign. The senator wrote in big,

block letters with a giant exclamation point...

The arrogance of that senator! How dare an elected official tell

citizens to stop expressing their opinion on such a crucial decision.

Finally, yesterday our legal team filed a second emergency motion

to suspend this ruling. It is practically our last legal recourse

and as I told you a few days ago, it is a long shot. But it is a

shot I must take because the ramifications of this ruling going
